For reading this week I’ve identified what I have been learning about we had to design a chair that would be beneficial for your overall health. We also learnt that schools have started to experiment with kids studying in the classroom standing up.
Here are 7 benefits of good posture:
- Increased Confidence.
- More Energy.
- Greater Self-Esteem and Better Mood.
- Easier Breathing.
- Less Frequent Headaches.
- Reduced Risk of Injury.
- Boosted Productivity
People that work sitting down at a desk all day with limited exercise have developed more illness than people who work standing up or people that work with lots of exercise like builders and factory workers.
